You can check it in person, over the phone, or from the comfort of your home online via the website. The report contains valuable information about your driving license. It will contain details about renewal fees as well.

To obtain the right to see the information, an applicant must enter:
- the last four numbers of their SSN,
- their birthday was written out in the MM/DD/YY format.

Once you’ve clicked it, you will be taken to a new page, where you must click “Check the status of your driver’s license or ID card” again.
Then you can proceed and fill in your document number and your birthday in a specific format. Once you’ve filled in all the information, proceed to view search results.

The form contains the “Message” field, which you can use to ask whatever you’re curious about. When you ask a question, make sure there’s no room left for interpretation. DPS representatives will process your email and answer back within four or five business days.
